The Jean Formula

Jeans + White T-Shirt + Trusty Boots

Jeans: £40, Topshop
Cropped Top: £8, Topshop
Dr Martens: Pascal Croco Boot in Cherry Red,
£100, Dr Martens Site (cheaper other places)

'If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?' is a question everyone has been asked many times, I'm sure, and probably not answered many times. Can you choose a dish or just one food? Do you have to survive off your choice, or simply enjoy it?

If the question, however, was 'If you could only wear one thing for the rest of your life what would it be?' then the answering would be easy- the jeans formula: jeans + white t-shirt + trusty boots.

The cut might change, along with the length of t-shirt and style of boots- my current preferred combination being blue-washed mom jeans, a white cropped t-shirt and my deep red Dr Martens- but the formula will remain the same.

Photo Shoot at Vanity Studios

I spent yesterday at the Vanity Studios, just off Oxford street in London. They are a professional photographic studio, where you get a makeover (make-up, hair and nails) and then a shoot in four different outfits.

For my nails I chose a dark red shade and a complimenting lip colour. I then had thick black eye-liner and had my hair styled into messy curls.

Out of my four looks, my last one was by far my favourite. They have a fun feel to them and a vintage theme, with retro wallpaper in the background and the dark leather sofa that I sat on. I also posed with my Diana F+ camera for a couple of the shots...

Summer Shades of Blue

I seem to be just a little obsessed with my juju jelly heels at the moment, this is going to be the third outfit post featuring them! I really do recommend them.. perhaps they'll make it into my July favourites.
One of my favourite colours to wear has always been blue, although I have a feeling it might crop up in my outfits even more now I have blue hair to match!
